Worship ministry - Channels of God's Glory!

Our desire is to be a team who usher in the glory and presence of God, where we join with angels around His throne in wonder, love and worship!    We want to become a great channel for God to flow through to His people and also for His people to respond to the love of Jesus.

Our heart is to give the encouragement and support, training and equipping, space and opportunity for musicians to grow to full potential.

Great, but how?!

Here are some thoughts on how as a team we can grow and be a great channel…

• Personal devotion– encouraging each other in our personal walk with God, to spend time with Him each day
• Potential– we want to see each person develop to his or her maximum potential.  In character, this means to be transformed from glory to glory to become like Jesus.  In skill, to become the best vocalist, keyboard player, drummer etc. that you can be through lessons, practice, encouragement and release
• Team players – all to work together to our corporate maximum potential!  Taking the analogy of a football team, if you’re a goalkeeper, to be the best goalkeeper you can be without worrying that you’re not a striker!
• Worship leading– we don't see worship leading as the ‘pinnacle’ of being in a worship team.  It is simply another role that we want to develop and release those with a calling into
