About us

Our Vision

"Making and equipping disciples united in Worship, Ministry & Mission"

Our desire before God is to see revival in Macclesfield.  We are not yet seeing hundreds saved each week, but we have been greatly encouraged by many independent prophets and trusted leading Christians, who have foreseen that God is going to do something great in this town.

We believe that this awakening will not only be for us, but for all the Christian churches in Macclesfield.

Here is a summary of what we believe and stand for:

Basis of Faith – We have a detailed basis of faith, defining our evangelical Bible believing faith, including the finished work of the Cross and the power and gifts of the Holy Spirit available to all who believe.

Heart for Mission – The Church we see preaches Good News to the poor, the hurting, the sick and broken-hearted. We have an active mission to children and young people in estates of our town and to elderly in a home.

Heart for Nations – God has given us a big heart to minister to nations. To the poor in Africa and Asia and to those who were persecuted in Eastern Europe. Chris and Susan frequently travel to minister the saving and healing power of Jesus, sometimes taking teams with them.

Worship – We love times to worship – expressing as freely as we can our praise, our love and devotion to our Lord. We love the presence of the Holy Spirit and the flow of his gifts. Adults, young people and children are each trained in worship bands and take part in Sunday worship.

Children and Youth – The church we see has an army of Spirit-filled, devil-conquering, Children and Youth. They are today’s generation not just tomorrow's. They each have an amazing potential in Christ to make a difference NOW in their generations.

Disciples – Our goal it to make disciples, teaching and equipping each member to do the things Jesus did and tells us to do, including making more disciples.

Ministry Teams – Many members are part of ministry teams with a focus to serve and to reach those without Christ. As ‘fishing partners’ they also meet together in groups with a purpose to support each other in prayer.

Hope for the Future As we pray and are encouraged by prophecy we see the Church living in revival, hungry for a mighty out-pouring of the presence of God.  Like a bride clothed in beauty, joy, purity, holiness and praise, clothed in the very righteousness of Christ. Delighting in God’s presence and in love with him.
